Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to software applications, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital product, software, or application has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Software tools and web applications

  • Digital downloads

  • Online services or platform access

  • Templates, files, or digital assets

  • Subscription-based application features

  • Tokens

Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

Before purchasing, we encourage customers to carefully review the product description, system requirements, features, and compatibility information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product or service meets their needs prior to completing the purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using a purchased product, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue. Technical support does not qualify as grounds for a refund but we are committed to helping ensure the product functions as intended.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
